Limitaciones y factores de éxito del emprendimiento Femenino: una perspectiva costarricense

Resumen

Profundizamos en las historias de vida de mujeres emprendedoras de renombre para descubrir las motivaciones, limitaciones y factores de éxito del surgimiento del emprendimiento femenino exitoso. Mediante técnicas narrativas, realizamos tres entrevistas en profundidad a muy reconocidas y exitosas mujeres empresarias costarricenses. Nuestros hallazgos proporcionan evidencia empírica que sugiere que las motivaciones de las mujeres empresarias exitosas son universales. Además, las limitaciones de las mujeres emprendedoras muy exitosas son diversas, de las cuales se destacan como limitaciones relevantes, la necesidad de apoyo financiero, a falta de planificación estratégica, la burocracia falta de conocimiento en marketing, la reacción de los competidores. Además, nuestro estudio revela que los factores intangibles, es decir, el capital humano y social, son fundamentales para el crecimiento y consolidación de las empresas creadas y dirigidas por mujeres. Finalmente, nuestros resultados sugieren que las mujeres emprendedoras prefieren medir su éxito empresarial a través de aspectos emocionales y personales en lugar de métricas financieras o de mercado.
