Análisis de mediación moderada mediante ecuacionesestructurales: Un enfoque parainvestigaciones en gestión de empresas

Resumo
El propósito de este trabajo es proporcionar una guía metodológica-conceptual sobre la aplicación del análisis de mediación moderada para investigadores del área de gestión de empresas. Ofrece una orientación comprensible y práctica sobre cómo concebir, diseñar y examinar modelos de investigación que buscan probar muy complejos efectos indirectos condicionales a través del uso de modelación de ecuaciones estructurales. Para ello, se crea un modelo hipotético que sirve de ilustración del proceso de diseño del modelo y su análisis. Las técnicas aquí descritas permiten descubrir los mecanismos más sutiles por lo que ocurren las relaciones de causa-efecto y se pueden aplicar a todo tipo de casos o fenómenos de estudio particulares. La obra permite a los investigadores una comprensión más profunda sobre la mediación moderada y su proceso de verificación, lo cual puede contribuir a robustecer sustantivamente la calidad y los resultados de las investigaciones al amparo de conceptos fundamentales, robustas metodologías y procesos de análisis que aquí se ofrecen.
