Rejection rate

The Revista Académica Arjé maintains a rigorous peer review process that ensures the quality, originality, and scientific relevance of the manuscripts it publishes. The rejection rate is calculated annually and corresponds to the percentage of manuscripts not accepted for publication after completing the full editorial process (initial screening, external review, and final decision by the Editorial Board).

On average, the journal presents a rejection rate of 22%, reflecting its commitment to academic excellence and transparency in editorial processes. The main reasons for rejection include: lack of alignment with the journal’s thematic scope, non-compliance with formal or ethical standards, and results that do not meet the required methodological rigor.

The publication of this indicator follows the editorial best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the Mexico Declaration in Support of the Latin American Non-Commercial Open Access Ecosystem, strengthening the scientific community’s trust in the journal’s evaluation and selection processes.
