Based on Law No. 6683 on Copyright and Related Rights of Costa Rica and in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), authors publishing in this journal fully retain the moral rights over their works, as established in Law No. 6683. By submitting their manuscripts and upon acceptance for publication, authors authorize the journal to disseminate their articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, which allows third parties to freely share the content, provided that authorship is properly acknowledged, it is not used for commercial purposes, no modifications are made, and it is shared under the same license.
