Based on Law No. 6683 on Copyright and Related Rights of Costa Rica, and in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), authors who publish in this journal retain full moral rights over their works, as established by Law No. 6683. By submitting their manuscripts and upon acceptance for publication, authors authorize the journal to disseminate their articles under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. This license allows third parties to freely share the content, provided that proper attribution is given to the authors, the material is not used for commercial purposes, and any derivative works are distributed under the same license.
