This study evaluates the valorization potential of spent coffee grounds (SCG) through morphological, chemical, structural, thermal, and mineral characterization. The results reveal a predominantly lignocellulosic biomass of an amorphous nature, with mineral concentrations within safe limits according to recommended daily intake guidelines. These findings demonstrate the feasibility of SCG as a high-value raw material for the development of composite materials and organic soil amendments, promoting circular economy models within the coffee agro-industry.
