Educational experiences must be creative, dynamic and innovative. This is achieved through a pedagogical mediation focused on learning and promoting safe and pleasant learning spaces. It is for this reason that this manuscript explores the Design Thinking methodology as a new learning experience adapted to the teaching of commercial and administrative writing. This methodology aims to visualize the act of writing as a systematic, motivating and reflective process to obtain quality writing. In addition, we share the reflections of the results obtained after applying this learning experience with students of secondary technical education, specifically, in the technical career of Ejecutivo Comercial y de Servicio al Cliente of the Colegio Técnico Profesional de Pavas, Night Section.
