The university library faces the challenges and challenges for promoting a culture of academic integrity.

With the purpose of beginning the process of establishing a culture of academic integrity within the management of the library, different activities are carried out, with the objective of identifying the perspective that the university community has regarding access and use of the library, main training needs for the generation of actions that can help improve educational quality at the San Carlos Regional Headquarters of the UTN. These studies were carried out in the period from 2019 to 2022. The methodology used to carry them out was divided into three phases: the first of planning the user studies and application of the instruments, as well as the identification of the population and the study sample; The second phase is the application of the instruments and the third phase is data analysis, as well as the description of the context and the interpretation of the results. Among the conclusions it can be indicated that the work carried out by the Vice-Rector for Research and Transfer (VIT) and the Integrated System of Libraries and Digital Resources (SIDIREDI) is valuable for the development and consolidation of a training and training program. (eALFIN Program), which collaborates in the promotion and animation of reading, writing and research, as well as the development of competencies, skills and abilities in the management of information and knowledge that favor educational quality.
