El proyecto “Grupo de Liderazgo” de la Universidad Técnica Nacional (UTN) es una propuesta que nace en el 2016, con el propósito de ofrecer un espacio para el fortalecimiento humano de la comunidad estudiantil de la Sede Central. El liderazgo estudiantil es el eje transversal mediante el cual se articulan necesidades e intereses de los y las estudiantes. Desde esta noción, temas como: resolución de conflictos, manejo del tiempo, técnicas para hablar en público, toma de iniciativas y liderazgo en procesos universitarios, tales como, Semana de Bienvenida, matrícula e inducción para estudiantes de nuevo ingreso, Jornada de la Salud, entre otros; son referentes y experiencias que han fortalecido el liderazgo estudiantil.
