Historia de vida de Elías Alvarado
Abstract
Esta historia nos lleva por varios lugares preciosos dentro y fuera de nuestro país, iniciando en la provincia de Puntarenas (zona costera pacífica), pasando por San José nuestra ciudad capital, luego por Pérez Zeledón, el cual se ubica en el extremo sur del territorio nacional, para, posteriormente, recorrer regiones rurales en Panamá. Más adelante caminamos por la provincia de Limón, para retornar a Pérez Zeledón, específicamente, al pueblo llamado Portalón, el cual se ubica a varios kilómetros del centro de Pérez Zeledón, un lugar donde Elías Alvarado Jiménez, junto con su gran familia, vivió por mucho tiempo.
El protagonista de nuestra historia, hoy, radica en la ciudad de New York en los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica en compañía de su esposa e hijo. Allá, desarrolla diversas actividades: él es taxista durante el día y corresponsal de Telenoticias (canal 7 de Costa Rica) durante la noche.
Su carisma, su visión positiva ante la vida y su humildad, le han dado un lugar muy especial en los hogares costarricenses, cuando le vemos informar las últimas noticias o sucesos a nivel internacional. Situación que nos permitió de igual forma, narrar la primera Historia de vida fuera de nuestras fronteras.
