ART Propuesta hacia una evaluación cualitativa para cursos teóricos impartidos en universidades públicas costarricenses: caso de estudio Economía Política

El presente artículo pretende analizar el tipo de evaluación que se aplica en dos cursos impartidos en dos universidades públicas costarricenses en la materia de Economía Política, cuyo contenido básico es el tomo 1 del Capital de Karl Marx. Asimismo, para el análisis se considera el tipo de evaluación propuesta en los programas de ambos cursos, así como los instrumentos evaluativos aplicados en el 2018. Además, como soporte teórico se analizan la función sumativa de la evaluación y el paradigma positivista aplicados en ambos programas e instrumentos evaluativos. Finalmente, se propone un sistema e instrumentos de evaluación que podrían ser implementados en ambos cursos, sustentados en los principios de una evaluación cualitativa para lograr un aprendizaje significativo.
