En la actualidad, la educación se ha transformado, hemos pasado de una educación centrada en la enseñanza, en la que el profesor instruye y es protagonista del proceso formativo, a una donde los estudiantes son constructores de su propio aprendizaje.
Bajo este contexto, se presenta la siguiente estrategia de mediación pedagógica denominada Creación de mandalas como estrategia didáctica, la cual se puede utilizar en los diferentes espacios áulicos de la educación universitaria, para que el docente mediador tenga la oportunidad de despertar en los estudiantes la motivación y el placer por adquirir nuevos conocimientos, habilidades, competencias y saberes, para su desempeño profesional y para su vida.
